After 24-48 hour of the kefir grains you can empty the liquid into a jar that contains fruits such as pineapple frozen from Trader Joes, organic frozen raspberries or it you want to make a root beer (5 spice dash, nutmeg, cinnamon and 2 peppermint / mint leaves)
Fill the fruit containing jar with 1/2 kefir liquid
Fill the jar full (slight room from the rim) with filtered water
Cover with a lid
Store in cabinet
Drink is ready in 1-2 days
Adjust by taste with either Honey, Agave or Maple Syrup.
